Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.
The deposit goes towards the total amount
the remainder is due at the time of the appointment.
All cancellations must be made via email, text message, or phone call 48 hours before the appointment.
If cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, the client is responsible for the total amount of the service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of their service fee.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late it is considered a no-show and will be responsible for a 100% of their service fee.
An early morning flat fee of $50 will be applied for appointments before 10 am.
